This document outlines a conceptual, detailed agenda and talking points for each check-in, call, and consultation across all three program durations. The programs are personalised so if Sleep needs more focus, we give more time to sleep. 
The calls are designed to be fluid and client-led, but this agenda provides a structured framework for the members to understand the full process.


The 3-Month Program: Foundational Focus

This program is for couples who need to establish a strong health baseline quickly. The calls are structured to build a strong base of knowledge and habits.

Month 1: Mindful Discovery & Habit Stacking

 Sleep (60 min)Assess the couple’s sleep environment and habits. Introduce sleep hygiene and a simple 3-step bedtime ritual.To build a solid sleep foundation, which is crucial for hormonal balance and stress management.
 Personal Training (60 min)Review current fitness levels. Discuss safe, low-impact movements and provide a week of gentle, daily movements.To establish exercise as a tool for stress reduction and circulation, not as a source of additional stress.
